SK Chairwoman Michaela serves as the leader and representative of the youth in the community. She presides over SK meetings, works with the SK Council to plan and implement programs and projects for youth development, and represents the youth sector in the barangay council. Her role focuses on promoting the welfare, participation, and empowerment of young people in Barangay Cutud.

 John Kelly, SK Secretary, He is responsible for the documentation and record-keeping of the SK. They prepare meeting agendas, take and keep minutes, maintain official records, and handle correspondence. The secretary also assists in preparing reports and ensures smooth communication within the SK Council and with other stakeholders. 

Joshua manages and safeguards youth funds, prepares budgets, keeps financial records, and ensures all expenses are legal and transparent. They submit financial reports and work with the SK Council to use funds wisely for programs and projects.
