The Sangguniang Kabataan of Cutud is now officially financially independent

through the fidelity bonding of the SK Chairman and SK Treasurer.

In celebration of the annual fiesta of Brgy. Cutud, the SK Council has participated in and prepared for the events of the barangay, specifically Mutya ning Cutud 2023.

In the spirit of love and sharing kindness, the SK Council has planned, together with the Barangay Council, to give gifts and groceries to the residents of its barangay.

In celebration of Valentine's Day, SK Council gave some candy to the youth of the barangay

 A community awareness campaign that promotes a drug-free lifestyle through educational activities, youth engagement, and anti-drug advocacy. 

 A film showing that encourages spiritual reflection, faith, and community unity during the observance of Holy Week. 

 Provides assistance to local athletes and sports programs by promoting teamwork, discipline, and healthy living through sports activities. 

 A community initiative that encourages residents to work together in keeping the barangay clean, safe, and environmentally friendly. 

 A health outreach program that offers free medical services, health consultations, and wellness education to improve community health.

This seminar aims to teach the youth on how to make an effective resume and professional documents to prepare them in their employment.

Summer Job aims to give KK members who want to earn during the summer a chance to help their families.

This program aims to reduce financial barriers to education. Cutud Elementary School & Northville 15 Integrated School were given school supplies.

 The Educational Assistance Program of SK Cutud provided financial support to qualified students to help ease educational expenses and encourage academic success. The program aimed to promote equal access to education, support the youth in achieving their educational goals, and invest in their future as responsible and productive members of the community. 

 The Angeles City Youth Leadership Congress (ACYLC) Seminar 2024 provided youth leaders with leadership development, skills enhancement, and capacity-building activities. Organized to empower young leaders, the seminar promoted responsible governance, community engagement, teamwork, and the development of innovative solutions to address local youth concerns while strengthening their commitment to public service. 

Sangguniang Kabataan of Cutud successfully delivered the State of the Youth Address (SOYA) 2024 at the Northville 15 Integrated School High School Covered Court.

This program served as a platform to report our accomplishments, share ongoing initiatives, and present future plans for the youth of Barangay Cutud.

As per DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2022-033, the SK Council of Cutud conducts the KK profiling through Google Forms in its school in the barangay to gather its database.

In defiance of the approval of the annual budget of the SK Council of Cutud, the SK Council continues to support and give financial assistance in the upcoming inter-barangay league in the city.

Sangguniang Kabataan of Cutud.

 SK Cutud conducted a Facebook Live broadcast of the Raffle Bonanza 2024 to ensure transparency during the raffle draw and allow residents to witness the event in real time. The live stream also promoted community engagement, provided event updates, and enabled more residents to participate and celebrate the year-end festivities online. 

 A holiday outreach program of SK Cutud that distributed gifts to children and families, promoting generosity, unity, and the spirit of Christmas. 

Successfully held the KK (Katipunan ng Kabataan) Assembly, where the youth gathered to discuss programs, raise concerns, and share ideas for a better and more empowered Barangay Cutud.

The Barangay Cutud Sports League 2025 successfully brought the community together to promote sportsmanship, develop youth talent in basketball and volleyball, and strengthen unity through active participation and support. 

 A leadership and capacity-building program for the SK Cutud Council with Sinlag Kainakan Volunteers that strengthened the skills, teamwork, and governance of youth officials for more effective community service. 

 Successful annual assembly of the SK Cutud Council that presented accomplishments, ongoing programs, and plans while promoting transparency, accountability, and youth participation. 

A mental health awareness program was conducted at Northville 15 Integrated School to promote emotional well-being, resilience, and mental health awareness among students. 

Developed the SK Cutud website to provide residents with easy access to announcements, programs, and services, including SK CARE, which offers mental health resources and support for students. 

 Celebrated the MLBB anniversary through esports competitions and interactive activities, encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and youth participation in the community. 

Recognized the excellence of the SK Cutud Council as the Most Outstanding Program in Good Governance for the SK Cutud Website, while Hon. Michaela Noreen L. Elizalde was honored as the Most Outstanding SK Leader, reflecting the council's commitment to innovation, transparency, and exemplary youth leadership. 

Held at Kay Hotel and Residences, the interview night showcased the intelligence, confidence, and advocacy of the Mutya ning Cutud 2025 candidates. The event highlighted their ability to communicate with purpose, demonstrating that true beauty is reflected through character, leadership, and service to the community. 

Brought the community together with an exciting street dance competition showcasing the creativity, talent, and passion of local youth. The event promoted sportsmanship, cultural expression, unity, and confidence through dynamic performances. 

Celebrated the beauty, culture, and heritage of Barangay Cutud through an inspiring pageant that showcased the confidence, talent, and grace of its candidates. Karess Bernardo was crowned Mutya ning Cutud 2025, highlighting the event's spirit of excellence, pride, and community unity. 

 Improved the Phase 3 Covered Court through a repainting project to provide a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming venue for sports, youth activities, and community events.
